Delivery & The Elegance Experience

From the moment you place your order, I want the experience to feel as special and considered as walking into the shop itself. Here is everything you need to know about how your pieces will arrive.

UK Standard Delivery Whether you are ordering a little something for your own baby's wardrobe or sending a beautiful gift across the country, all orders are dispatched promptly and will be delivered to your door within 3 to 5 working days.

The Elegance Gift Experience I firmly believe that receiving an order should be a joy. Before any piece leaves the shop, I personally wrap it in our signature tissue and ribbon. If you are sending your order directly to a loved one as a gift, simply leave your message at checkout. I will gladly hand-write a gift card on your behalf and include it in the parcel, so there is absolutely nothing left for you to do.

Click & Collect in Lockerbie If you are local to us, you are always welcome to collect your order in person. Simply choose the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout, and your beautifully wrapped package will be ready and waiting for you to pick up from our Lockerbie boutique.

A Note on Urgent Orders If you need a christening outfit or a last-minute new arrival gift a little sooner than our standard delivery window, please reach out to me via email before placing your order. I will always do my absolute best to accommodate you if I possibly can.
